Michelle Au

Michelle is a Research and Community Coordinator at Our Kids’ Health, St. Michael’s Hospital, Unity Health Toronto. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Mental Health Studies and Neuroscience at the University of Toronto, with a minor in Biology. Michelle also holds a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology from York University, where she was awarded the Meighen Wright Maternal-Child Health Graduate Scholarship. Her research focuses on the relationship between birth experiences and child cognitive development. She is dedicated to promoting child development and maternal mental health, while developing community-driven, evidence-based approaches to support the well-being of all children and families. With her cultural background from Hong Kong, Michelle joined the Cantonese and Mandarin Kids’ Health teams to empower families with reliable health information!
